Getting Started

How do I create my birth chart?

After signing in, you'll be prompted to enter your birth information including your birth date, time, and location. This information is used to calculate your unique birth chart. The more accurate your birth time, the more precise your readings will be.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

If you don't know your exact birth time, you can enter an approximate time or use 12:00 PM as a default. Keep in mind that your rising sign (ascendant) and house placements may not be accurate without a precise birth time. You can update your birth time later in the app settings.

Can I have multiple birth charts?

Currently, Stellara supports one primary birth chart per account. Compatibility readings allow you to compare your chart with other charts you create for friends, family, or partners.

Subscriptions & Billing

What's included in Stellara Pro?

Stellara Pro includes weekly and monthly horoscopes, compatibility readings, an ad-free experience, and priority support. Free users have access to daily horoscopes and basic birth chart information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Stellara, then tap "Cancel Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. We're unable to process refunds ourselves as billing is handled entirely by Apple.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. You can manage auto-renewal in your iPhone's subscription settings.

Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data including your birth chart, reading history, and preferences. This action cannot be undone.

Is my birth data secure?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. Your birth data is encrypted and securely stored. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I change my sign-in method?

Currently, your account is tied to your sign-in method (Apple or Google). If you need to change your sign-in method, please contact support and we'll help you migrate your data.

Notifications

How do I set up daily horoscope notifications?

Go to Settings in the app and enable "Daily Horoscope Notifications." You can choose what time you'd like to receive your daily reading. Make sure notifications are enabled for Stellara in your iPhone's Settings app.

I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?

First, check that notifications are enabled in your iPhone Settings > Stellara > Notifications. Also verify that "Daily Horoscope Notifications" is enabled in the app settings. If issues persist, try signing out and back in, or reinstalling the app.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing or not loading. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Make sure you have the latest version of Stellara from the App Store. 2) Restart the app. 3) Restart your iPhone. 4) Reinstall the app. If the issue persists, please contact support with details about your device and iOS version.

My horoscope didn't update today.

Daily horoscopes are generated fresh each day. Try pulling down to refresh on the home screen. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and try again. Our servers occasionally experience brief outages but service is typically restored quickly.
